Professional envy

Whilst looking for chinese character add-ons for firefox, I noticed that one of my co-counselors from g33k camp has his big project/business featured in the 'recommended downloads' section.

Yes, I know I'm supposed to be an environmentalist now, but damn. My professional envy just kicked in.

Of course I have had an idea for ages for a facebook app but it involves learning php... which I should get around to doing soon. Very soon. It is, afterall, on my new years resolutions list! I should probably finish my novel before June as well to claim the free print in book form.

In other news, Happy Chinese New Year!

I am going spare with all these things I want/need to do... why is there not enough time in the day? Well my temp job finishes on Wednesday, possibly Thursday, so I will hopefully be able to continue crossing things off my very large to-do list much faster.

Some of the things off the top of my head:
Learn PHP
* Make facebook app
Make website (personal website, needs to be done for my peace of mind)
Email people
Apply for jobs (duh)
Become effective

Resolutions

It's a bit late but I just thought of a few.

1. Learn PHP
2. Learn Python
3. Stay in touch with people!
4. Take further steps towards conquering the world (get a job).
